On entering the Dhesi Grill restaurant in Bradford customers are greeted by a mouth watering slection of fish, meat & vegetarian food ready to go straight onto the grills which are also on display. There are a number of flat screen televisions describing the menu in detail and making the ordering process simple and enjoyable. There is something about watching a chef cook your food in front you, the marinated lamb skewer I chose was delicious as was the starter. Once customers have sampled this cuisine there is every chance that they will return however it can be a challenge to get them in given the competition. Owner Saleem has taken delivery of his own tuk tuk and has reported back to the tukshop that the restaurant business has increased by at least 40% since he has been riding around speading the word about his new business.
